Every time my mum comes up we always head over the the Keys Restaurant for a lunch during the week. It is lovely in there and the food is so lovely!
I believe the Keys have a Michelin Star Chef (Sure I read it when I was there last time).
My mum calls it ‘The Krypt’ as it’s under the Parish Church in Huddersfield. It’s nice and quiet in there. Continue reading

Had my sister and brother-in-law up from Thursday-Sunday and now my mum from Sunday to next weekend.

Hello Blog and followers! I’ve not forgotten about you or the diet, just a bit of a hectic week and I haven’t been very strict this week.
I’ve planned for my sister and brother-in-law to come up for my husbands birthday (6th July 2012) and I was attempting to be really good and have no syns until they were up on the Thursday (5th) but that didn’t happen. I did stay within my syns until the Thursday, and I’m thankful I did some exercise through walking. Continue reading
I’m in cafe society in town and they’ve been ever so lovely for my diet requirements.
Everything is cooked on a grill pan which has a tiny bit of oil on it so they’ve said they will dry fry it for me. How lovely of them.
I definitely recommend this place to everyone.
