Been a wee while, sorry guys.

OK, so today’s food and fitness diary:

HEALTHY A:  250ml Semi Skimmed Milk (used for Coffees)

HEALTHY B:  2 Slices Wholemeal Bread

BREAKFAST:  Turkey Escalopes with Lemon and Sage

LUNCH:  Health B Option (2 Slices of Bread) with 1 tin of Mackerel in Spicy Tomato Sauce and Baby Leaf Rocket, Tomatoes, Cucumber and 2 Tbsp Chilli, Lime & Coriander Dressing (3 Syns)

DINNER:  Lemon and Garlic Chicken with a Warm Potato Salad (Extra Easy Meals in Minutes Cookbook):
Chicken Fillet, Lemon, Rosemary, Garlic, Egg White, New Potatoes, Green beans, Tomatoes, 4 Tbsp Fat free Vinaigrette

SNACKS:

FITNESS

Took the dog for a walk while I walked to group weigh-in today, so approx 45 Mins.  Cleaning the house, hoovering etc so that counts as something……
