Sorry, not been on for a while!  I haven’t really been keeping track of what I’ve eaten the last two weeks.  Last week I weighed in at the same which wasn’t nice but at least it wasn’t a gain as everyone keeps reminding me.

Weigh in tomorrow….I don’t think I’ve done too good.  I’ve been eating LOADS of Bread!  It’s my own fault of course, but it just tastes so so nice!  With lovely melted butter (Light) on it too!

Chunky doorstep white bread with melted butter, Naan bread, Savoury muffins etc.  Yummy but naughty.

Better start walking Toby for longer stretches I think.  I need to lose the flab and he needs to gain muscle (Rescue dog and was starved the poor thing)
