Today’s Food and Fitness Diary:
HEALTHY A: 250ml Semi Skimmed Milk
HEALTHY B: 2 Warburtons Wholemeal Bread
BREAKFAST: Healthy Option B with yesterdays leftover Homemade Chilli (Extra lean Steak Mince, Courgettes, Onions, Celery, Tomatoes, Old El Paso Chilli Mix (1 serving approx 1 Syn-Normally I’d make my own)
LUNCH: Starter – Eggs Benedict: 1 White Homemade Muffin (7 Syns?), Ham, Egg, Hollandaise Sauce (About 4 Syns roughly)
Main: Roast Salmon, Cheesy Potato Croquet (Syns – No idea how much), Prawns, Leeks, Green Beans, Peas (See above Pic)
DINNER: Eggs Benedict (Because the restaurants was so yummy): 1 White muffin (7 Syns – HOW MUCH!), Ham, 2 Poached Eggs, Kraft Thousand Island Light Dressing (2 tbsp = 2 Syns), Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Red Pepper.
SNACKS: Irish Yogurt Diet – Pear & Mango.
TOTAL DAILY SYNS: No Idea…..15 Syns for the day? More perhaps? Hardly used yesterdays syns so I’m not too concerned.
Walked for approximately 4-4.5 hours around town. Had a few stops for a coffee and later on had Lunch.
