Today’s Food and Fitness Diary:

HEALTHY A:  250ml Semi Skimmed Milk

HEALTHY B:  2 Warburtons Wholemeal Bread

BREAKFAST:  Healthy Option B with Quark

LUNCH:  Ham, Chicken, Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomato, Asda Good For You Honey & Mustard Dressing (2 tbsp = 1 Syn)

DINNER:  Extra Lean Steak Mince, Plum Tomatoes, Tomato Puree, Onion, Celery, Baked Potato, Old El Paso, Chilli Spice Mix (6 Syns per packet, this is divided between 6 so estimated 1 syn?)

SNACKS:  Dried Noodles with Beef Oxo Cube.  Had 2 or 3 cups of coffee with the Semi-skimmed milk and sweeteners (2 at a time)



Done a bit of walking but that was it really, not much done, must do more.  The weather was rubbish though!

TOTAL MINS/HOURS FITNESS: 2 Hours 45 Minutes Walking (Approx), not to mention cleaning and bits and bobs around the house.
