HEALTHY B:  Chocolate Orange Fibre Bar Thing

BREAKFAST:  Healthy Option B

LUNCH:  Jacket potato, Smoked Salmon, Lettuce, Red Onion, Tomato

DINNER:  Snacking on things – Seafood sticks, Plums

SNACKS:  1 Scoop Thornton Brazil Nut Crunch Icecream & Cone (15 Syns perhaps??), Plums, Ham, Melon,

Cycle Machine:  30 minutes
Inner Thigh Machine:  100 Reps @ 20kg (30 second rest every 20 Reps)
Outer Thigh Machine:  60 Reps @ 20kg (30 second rest every 20 Reps)
Shoulder Press:  20 Reps @ 10kg….or was it 5kg?
Run/Jog:  10 Minutes
Run/Jog up steps:  30/40 Steps
