Today’s Food and Fitness Diary:

HEALTHY A:  250ml Semi-Skimmed Milk

HEALTHY B:  2 Warburton Wholemeal Bread (from 400g loaf)

BREAKFAST:  3 Scrambled Eggs with Healthy B Choice (2 Slices of Bread)

LUNCH:  Noodles with Soy Sauce, Coffee with Milk Allowance and 2 Sweeteners

DINNER:  Pork Escalopes, Blue Dragon Sweet & Sour Sauce (120g is 5 Syns, I’m dividing between 4 of us), Homemade Egg Fried Rice – No oil.

SNACKS:  Walkers Grab Bag Prawn Cocktail Crisps (13.5 Syns)

TOTAL DAILY SYNS: 15 Syns

FITNESS

Decided to go and feed the horses down the road so me and the kids walked there but found a sign now asking people not to feed them so we looped around and went for a short 20/30 minute walk.  We then decided instead of going up the HUGE hill using the steps provided, that we would walk up a more vertical hill, that most certainly had my heart rate going and leg hurting, that was about 5 long minutes to do that on top.
Usual housework again, cleaning, hanging out washing etc.
