Today’s Food and Fitness Diary:

HEALTHY A:  250ml Semi Skimmed Milk

HEALTHY B:  2 Weetabix

BREAKFAST:  Healthy A & Healthy B (Weetabix and Semi Skimmed Milk Allowance), Muller Greek Corner Yogurt with Honeyed Apricot (4 Syns).
LUNCH:  Homemade Spicy Tomato Soup

DINNER:  Lean Casserole Steak, Onions, Thickening Granules (3.5 Syns), Steamed Carrots, Steamed Peas & Sweetcorn, Mashed Potato with Milk Allowance

SNACKS:  Sharon Fruit, Plums, 

TOTAL DAILY SYNS: 7.5 Syns

FITNESS:  Speed walking about 45-50 minutes this morning when taking the kids to school.  Been pretty much cleaning all day – not that my house is a mess but because I’m maintaining it throughout the day and I’ve been a bit obsessive over it all lol.  Vacuuming downstairs, the stairs and upstairs so took a while.  That counts as exercise doesn’t it? 🙂
